1. How do I know which starting level will be the best one for my student?

When starting a new beginner, you will use Level 1A. However, if a student has some previous experience at the piano or has been studying in a different piano method, we suggest that you view the sample pages. These pages present an overview of the concepts presented in that level and several of the songs to give an idea of the pacing, difficulty, styles and subject matter of the music. From these samples you can then see if a specific level looks too easy, too difficult, or just right for your student's transition into Premier. 3. When does the program begin and end?

Enrollment began on April 1, 2010 and ended on
September 1, 2011.

4. After September 1, 2011, do the free shipments stop for enrolled students?

No, the shipments do not stop for enrolled students. Shipments will continue for those students who have registered in Premier Support prior to September 1, 2011. For example, if you enroll a Level 1A student on August 31, 2011, that student will receive free levels until the time the student finishes Level 6, as long as the student is continually enrolled as your piano student. Our hope is that we can encourage your chosen student to finish the Premier Piano Course all the way through Level 6.

8. If a student chooses not to continue, can I start a new student in the program?

Yes, if this occurs within the enrollment period. Since we are unable to repeat levels previously shipped, please choose a student who would be starting at a higher level than the last level your original student received. For example, if your original student has received materials through Level 4, your replacement student may only start at Level 5 or higher.
